As I had said in the second blog my worst skill is writing and English. It is because of my hearing impairment that I suffered from the beginning of my life until I was five years old. I have read each comment from my fellow students and my peers and all I would do is just make a change that they said I should make. Since I am taking 18 Credit Hours here at Old Dominion University. It sometimes gets extremely tensed. I get stressful, I would try and take weekends off and get homework done on Sundays to start the week, this has changed to Fridays and Sundays is the best times that I can get homework and laundry done. When ever I notice I have a lot of homework within a week I assign daily task throughout the week just to complete the assignment on time. Sometimes professors are lenient about late assignments but will give me an extension. Unfortunately I have struggled to keep up with Journals for my class. I have now caught up and will get assignments and Journals done before the due date and not after the due date. Since all of my daily task have been completed for this week with the exception of journals this week that are due. I unfortunately get in class homework and graded homework done on the day that it is due. With a sticky note on my desk I plan out my homework assignments throughout the week and I plan it so each day is even with the previous day.

Editing and receiving comments for your essay is the most helpful thing that all students can do. The belief is that you the student are getting a second set of eyes on your paper which is and can be a great deal of help. Students with all sorts of education  background believe that their skills along with your skills can be of much improvement between a group of students. Since my first year at Old Dominion University I have had my papers constantly reviewed especially for a research topic. My topic was about the Benefits and Dangers of Fracking. This was my first major research paper. However, editing a fellow students paper is the toughest thing for me to do. Since my education background is tough especially in English and writing. Writing has always been my toughest subject, with this I have had help from multiple sources about how to write a good paper. However, most of my papers have been research papers, and my professors believe that as long as I do not plagiarize or even if I cite my sources correctly they will grade my paper with ease or even give me comments on my paper. The worst paper I have written was in my freshman year I submitted a history paper and received an F in it because I did not go back and cite sources or even hit main points.

Editing essays take me time to debate on how I must approach them. Essays always start with me listening to heavy rock music to help guide my choices to discover new ways to edit. I look into a poster which says, “If you scream I’ll scream louder!” this poster is what I wake up to before I start each of my days. The poster is an inspiration to those who might not discover the true meaning of music in the writing or editing field. Music moves all of us to a more relaxing life because it keeps us in peace. The world keeps music active in our everyday lives to help make life flow into each of us. Music can vary by the chooser, however many students listen to music while they are doing assignments or even studying to help them concentrate. I however prefer screamo or songs with a lot of bass. if a student or person can feel the bass inside their body they will most likely love the song. One particular song that makes a mind think would be the song by twenty one pilots. The song is called Car Radio and it is their biggest hit. Which only discusses about a Car Radio being stolen and him killing someone.
